1. Prior to treatment

At Zenyum, we believe in making the teeth straightening process simple and accessible. Our Invisible Braces are designed to help you achieve a confident smile. Before starting your journey, we conduct a pre-assessment to see if Zenyum Invisible Braces are suitable for your particular case.
It all begins with a free online smile assessment. From the comfort of your home, just snap four photos of your teeth and submit them. We will review your photos to pre-assess your suitability. It’s a quick and easy first step towards your new smile!
First dental consultation
Once you’re deemed eligible for Zenyum Invisible Braces at the pre-assessment stage, our Customer Success team will call you to schedule an appointment at one of our partner dental clinics.
This visit typically costs between $150 to $200, paid directly by the patient to the clinic and will include:
- Scaling and polishing (if necessary)
- 3D scans so we can produce a 3D treatment plan and make your custom aligners fit snugly
- X-rays so we have a clear picture of your bone structure
- A full, thorough examination of your teeth
These detailed X-rays and scans are crucial as they provide a comprehensive view of your bone structure, ensuring the most suitable treatment plan. Your treating dentist will also do a thorough examination to confirm your eligibility to start your Smile Journey with Zenyum.
Treatment planning and approval
After your consultation, you’ll receive your treatment plan within 2 to 4 weeks — this is when your Smile Journey gets exciting!
Your customised treatment plan will illustrate the current state of your teeth and project their transformation. Presented as a detailed 3D visual simulation, it offers a comprehensive view of how your teeth will move through each treatment stage.
Once your treating dentist approves the plan, it’s your turn to review the plan. If you’re satisfied with it, you can approve the plan and make payment to Zenyum, and we’ll start producing your aligners.

2. During the treatment
Aligner fitting appointment
We understand your excitement at this stage! In about 3 weeks, your aligners will be ready. We’ll contact you to schedule your fitting appointment with your treating dentist, where you’ll get your aligners fitted and receive your full set of aligners.
During this visit, your dentist will prepare your teeth for aligner treatment and may perform Interproximal Reduction (IPR) to create tiny gaps between your teeth, allowing them to shift into place. Your dentist will also teach you how to wear, remove and care for your aligners.
Treatment monitoring
Ensuring you stick to your wear schedule is key to speeding up your Smile Journey. And guess what? Our Zenyum App is the perfect companion for tracking progress and aligner wear.
Our Zenyum customer care team is always just a chat away, guiding you through every step of your smile transformation. Every ten days, snap a photo of your smile to ensure your teeth are aligning in accordance with your treatment plan. They’ll also make sure you’re wearing your aligners correctly for optimal results.

End of aligner treatment review
Congratulations on reaching the end of your aligner journey! At your final appointment, your treating dentist will conduct a thorough review to check the alignment of your teeth and assess the overall success of your treatment.
They’ll check if your teeth have moved as planned and provide any additional advice or steps needed to keep your smile looking fantastic.
