Free pre-assessments to kickstart your Zenyum journey

9 May 2021

Like orientation programs on the first day of school or onboarding into a job, Zenyum’s free assessment acts as the first stage to your Zenyum Invisible Braces journey. Yet similar to the mysteries of the tooth fairy, the process between the completion of your free assessment and physical consultation is often unanswered. This article will uncover what goes behind the scenes after you hit that submit button.

To-dos before dental treatment

Pre-assessment form

A typical braces appointment usually begins with calling up your dental clinic of choice, booking a consultation and travelling down for a physical appointment. This means you will be paying a fee just to find out whether you are suitable for braces or other dental alignment plans.

Zenyum replaces this with a free pre-assessment that will determine whether you are suitable for aligners. With this, you can say goodbye to paying for initial consultations, and hello to saving time and money. Zenyum’s entirely digital substitute requires you to complete a series of questions, take 4 ‘selfies’ of your teeth and viola, Zenyum will send you a reply regarding our treatment’s suitability within 2 weeks.

What’s after pre-assessments

Zenyum features a strong team of qualified orthodontists and dentists so rest assured, your pre-assessment information will be in safe hands. With the pictures, these specialists can identify the common issues like overcrowding, crooked teeth as well as over or under bites, outlining the severity of your case. Depending on the complexity of your teeth’s condition, they will then determine which of our two treatment programs, the ZenyumClear™ or ZenyumClear™ Plus, suits you better.

Zenyum has partner clinics all over Singapore

If you are suitable for either treatments, you will be prompted for a physical appointment at your nearest partner clinic where you will undergo a series of scans – 3D scans and X-rays. Though a simple picture might go a long way, physical examinations cannot be entirely eliminated especially when Zenyum aims to provide the best and most accurate treatment prescriptions for you.

Ready to get your aligners?

After a session of consultation, Zenyum’s council of dentists and your treating dentist will design a treatment plan just for you, but you will give the final stamp of approval before your set of aligners are made. Just as trying on a pair of jeans is important before a purchase, you will be called in for a physical fitting session to ensure that your aligners fit you like a glove.

Zenyum app

With the aligners and the Zenyum app, you’re all set for Zenyum Invisible Braces to work their magic. All you have to do is diligently wear and clean them. The Zenyum app alsol monitors your progress and reminds you when to change to a new set of aligners, assisting you as you navigate through the treatment from the comfort of your home. Plus, if you face any issues, you can always reach out to your two ‘tooth fairies’, your assigned dentist and Zenyum customer care buddy for prompt help.

We all have our reservations about going digital, especially when it comes to our health. However, with close communication and consistent tracking of your progress through the app, we bet that you will be breezing through the treatment.

Free, trustworthy and digital dental assessments

Deciding what dental treatment to get can be a daunting task. Apart from the 10-minute consultations that could cost a bomb, the wide selection of services and lack of understanding for what your teeth need, all add up to you postponing your treatment altogether.

At Zenyum, we want to improve on conventional consultation processes with a more cost-effective and time-saving alternative. With our free pre-assessments, Zenyum Invisible Braces priced from as low as SGD$2400 and the elimination of unnecessary in-clinic consultations, we are certain you will have a smooth-sailing dental journey with Zenyum.

Yet whether you are still considering getting your teeth fixed or are unsure about your alignment correcting options, there is no harm in taking a free dental assessment. After all, you never know what you might find, where you see crooked teeth, we see a beautiful smile just an aligner away.
