Something wrong with your Smile Cosmetics product? Our goal is to help you Smile More and that means ensuring the best possible experience for all of our customers. Take a look through our Exchange & Refund Policy guidelines below for the item(s) concerned.

ZenyumBright™ Gel

ZenyumBright purchases are only eligible for return if:

  1. The custom teeth tray or gel pens are physically faulty and/or damaged.
  2. Your return is made within 30 days of delivery.
  3. The item is returned in the same condition it was delivered.

The exchange must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your ZenyumBright, and it must meet the warranty criteria. You will only be refunded if you are unable to begin treatment as recommended by one of our dental partners.

Before you send back your purchase, do contact us. Simply email [email protected] to submit your exchange or refund request with your name, order number and reason for doing so. Once our team approves your request, you will receive a returns label (including the returns address).

In order to send your ZenyumBright back to us:

  1. Place your item back in its original Zenyum box or other suitable packaging
  2. Print out the returns label from us and attach it to the box over the existing delivery information
  3. Post your item back to us using SingPost POPStation or another postal service. We recommend noting down your personal tracking number and requesting a tracking receipt as we cannot exchange items that are lost in the mail and that have no proof of tracking
  4. Once your item has been received by our team, we will process your exchange or return request and notify you.
    (Please note that shipping cost will not be refunded, only the original purchase value will be.)

You will only be eligible for a full refund if you are unable to begin treatment as recommended by one of our dental partners.

ZenyumSonic™ Toothbrush

All ZenyumSonic toothbrush sets come with a one year warranty, which is valid from the date of purchase and expires at the end of this period. A valid proof of purchase is required.

Your warranty only covers issues arising when the product is handled properly for its intended use, and is used in accordance with the instructional manual. It does not cover issues such as loss in nature or handling the product for different uses other than stated above. Certain exclusions thus apply, including (but not limited to):

  • Discolouring of toothbrush body
  • Disassembling and reassembling battery pack
  • Unauthorised repair work
  • Use of non-Zenyum branded brush heads

How to activate your warranty:

  1. Download the Zenyum App for Android or iOS
  2. Register the email you used to make your purchase and click on ‘Activate Product Warranty’
  3. Confirm your items and you’re good to go! Your warranty will be activated and is trackable via the app at all times

In accordance with your ZenyumSonic one-year warranty, you can exchange your product if:

  • Your product meets the warranty criteria stated above.
  • The item is returned in the same condition it was delivered.

However, if it’s been more than 30 days but less than a year since you’ve received your product, you are eligible for an exchange should it meet the warranty criteria.
